Greece’s Golden Visa program falls under the residency by investment scheme. It has different avenues: real estate investment in Greece, which basically means investors purchasing residential or commercial property in Greece meeting the minimum required investment threshold; capital investment in Greek businesses or financial instruments; and long-term lease agreements for tourism or hospitality establishments

These options allow foreign nationals to obtain residency permits for themselves and their family members in Greece.
